CPS Energy Named Most Trusted Utility Brand in US Southern Region
Market Strategies Ratings Demonstrate Customer Advocacy, Market Support
CPS Energy ranked 1st as the Most Trusted Brand for a combined (electric & gas) utility in the US Southern Region. Nationally relative to Brand Trust, the San Antonio utility also ranked in the top ten for combination utilities according to the Cogent ReportsTM study from Market Strategies International (MSI). The study was based on over 50,000 customer interviews.

According to MSI, the utilities that earn the Most Trusted Brand designation experience a 27 percent increase in positive customer comments over their industry peers.
