CPS ENERGY OFFICES CLOSED FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11, IN OBSERVANCE OF VETERANS DAY

Ceremony to be held Nov. 10 to recognize nearly 300 Veterans at the Company

November 4, 2022 (SAN ANTONIO)CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers, and the call center will be closed on Friday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. CPS Energy offices will reopen Monday, November 14, with customer payment centers resuming operations at 7:45 a.m.

Greater San Antonio’s energy provider will recognize the nearly 300 Veterans working at the utility on Thursday, November 10 at 9:00 a.m. The ceremony will close out a month-long celebration, including featured blogs, of CPS Energy employees who have served.

During the holiday, customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime. Online services, including the opt-out form for the credit from the City of San Antonio that will appear on December bills, may be conveniently accessed at cpsenergy.com . Customers can take care of the following services at any hour or day that is convenient for them by logging into Manage My Account:

  • start/stop/transfer service,
  • make payment arrangements,
  • set up a payment plan,
  • sign up for emergency alerts, and
  • update contact information, mailing address, and other options.

Customers in need of bill payment assistance can call (210) 353-2222. To pay bills by phone, customers can call (877) 257-1172. To mail a payment, customers can include their bill and payment to CPS Energy, P.O. Box 2678, San Antonio, TX 78289.
